Megan Brewster

Megan Brewster has worked in the social impact space as a strategist and writer for 12 years across the sectors of consulting, higher education, healthcare, public policy, and journalism.

Her career centers on the belief that all humans deserve access to dignified work, family supports, and a joyful life. She has led local and national-scale projects related to economic mobility, the social determinants of health, educational equity, and impact storytelling for a variety of mission-driven organizations. Currently, she works as a director for Declarative, a women-led creative lab that uses data, design, and dynamic storytelling to amplify impact.

Megan holds an MBA from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor’s in English Literature from the University of Utah. She enjoys exploring Utah’s mountains and eateries with her husband and two young children.
