The Programs & Grant Writing Specialist will provide logistical and administrative oversight of our existing programs, ensuring implementation remains smooth and effective. Program administration will require excellent relationship management and systems building skills. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing grants to ensure the continuation and success of our non-profit initiatives. This role involves a strong focus on articulating our mission and programs' impact through compelling grant proposals. This position is an excellent fit for an individual who is passionate about building long-term social change and who is energized by collaborating with diverse stakeholders, systems building, and developing written work product with a focus on strong outcomes.

This position is full-time with an annual salary range of $43,000 to $55,000. Hybrid position, with some mandatory weekly meetings in Salt Lake City, UT.

The Policy Project is seeking passionate interns to join our team! Policy Project internships offer an amazing opportunity for any student interested in non-profit, advocacy, and policy work to get hands-on experience in building a movement and creating positive change. We are seeking applicants from a variety of backgrounds and will work with our interns to identify projects that align with their interests and career goals. Potential projects include policy research, content creation, event planning, diversity & inclusion efforts, data collection & analytics, fundraising & grant writing, and more.
