The Safe Child Project Specialist


Elle Stoker (Lewis) is a passionate child welfare advocate and policy researcher committed to building trauma-informed systems that center and protect children. She recently earned her B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University, where she focused on child safety, domestic violence, and systems reform. Elle has contributed to legislative and policy efforts through her work with The Policy Project and the National Institute for Civil Discourse in Washington, D.C. She will begin her Master of Social Work at the University of Central Florida in Fall 2025 and plans to pursue a JD to advance legal protections for vulnerable children and families.
