How We Work

At The Policy Project, culture drives impact. We work hard, collaborate deeply, and focus on solutions that create real change. Our work is guided by six core values:

Solutions, Not Bandaids

Focus on upstream root causes rather than downstream symptoms.

Brick by Brick

Pave pathways to opportunity, one policy at a time.

Issues are Human

Put policy over politics; focus on issues that are human, not left or right.

If these values resonate with you, we’d love to hear from you.

All Hands, All Voices

Link arms and show up as our most committed, hardworking selves.

Real Good for Real People

Focus on impacting “the one,” not just passing the policy.

Hopeful Disruption

Spark positive change by redefining “normal.”
