Grace Bradford
Team Support Specialist
Grace Bradford is the Team Support Specialist at The Policy Project, where she catches the small details so nothing slips through the cracks and creates an environment for big things to get done. Grace manages administrative, logistical, and operational support across teams, coordinates office operations, scheduling, data, and events. Grace earned her Bachelor of Science in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University–Idaho, focusing on public policy, family advocacy, and child development. She has worked with a variety of mission-driven organizations—from nonprofits to congressional offices—gaining hands-on experience in both direct service and policy work. Grace is passionate about policy that makes a real difference in local communities and enjoys finding ways to bring people together through communication and advocacy. Outside of work, she loves making solo trips to the movies, watercoloring, and eating anything sweet.
