Michelle Linford
Digital Wellness Specialist
Michelle Linford is passionate about change, from the personal level to the collective. She has a BS in Psychology and an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Change) and is now pursuing a Master of Social Work via Boise State University's online program.
From 2014 to 2024, Michelle directed a nonprofit focused on digital and civic wellness, using the collective impact framework (a collaborative, cross-sector model for social change). She now has her own consulting firm called Centralign Consulting—encouraging individuals and organizations (and movements) to "align with their center," or core values. Michelle is involved with a variety of collaborative social impact efforts and has been helping The Policy Project since the fall of 2024.
Michelle lives in Utah County and is a married mother of three, mother-in-law to one, and giddy grandmother of three.
