Sarah Gathro
Policy Implementation Manager
Sarah Gathro is the Policy Implementation Manager at The Policy Project, where she oversees day-to-day implementation across multiple policy areas. She holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Political Science from Yale University. Prior to her current role, Sarah worked with several international nonprofits in humanitarian response. She is passionate about supporting data-informed, community-based, systemic solutions. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors with her three children.
