Vess Pearson is Co-Founder and CEO of Aptive Environmental, one of North America’s fastest-growing residential pest control companies. Founded in 2015, Aptive has grown to serve customers in more than 5,000 cities across 34 states and has become one of the largest pest solutions providers in the country.
Under Vess’s leadership, Aptive has been recognized for its rapid growth, innovative approach, and strong company culture, including recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies, Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work, and EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® Utah Region. Prior to founding Aptive, Vess helped build Alterra Pest Control, a company that played a foundational role in his entrepreneurial journey.
A Utah native and BYU graduate, Vess is passionate about entrepreneurship, developing people, and building organizations that create lasting impact. He enjoys spending time with his family, serving his community, and supporting the next generation of leaders.
