Public Representation
As a mission-driven organization, The Policy Project holds itself—and those who represent it—to a high standard of integrity, professionalism, and respect. Volunteers play a critical role in advancing our work, and their actions, both within and outside of formal volunteer activities, reflect on the organization.
Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in a way that aligns with The Policy Project’s nonpartisan mission, values, and public reputation. This includes maintaining respectful and inclusive communication, protecting the organization’s credibility, and avoiding any actions—such as misuse of organizational property, inappropriate conduct, or public statements—that could reasonably be seen as damaging to the organization’s work or community trust.
As a representative of The Policy Project, even in informal or personal settings, we ask that you carry forward the spirit of our work with professionalism, optimism, and care. We deeply value your contributions and are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and mission-aligned environment for all involved.
