External Communications
The Policy Project staff will typically distribute graphics or templates for volunteer and impact team use. Any branded materials created by volunteers must be approved prior to distribution to ensure alignment with our identity and messaging. Volunteers should send any drafts or materials that use The Policy Project’s name, logo, or visual identity to approvals@thepolicyproject.org at least five business days in advance for review. This includes digital graphics, flyers, handouts, presentations, or any other materials meant for external audiences.
