By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that:
I have received, read, and understand the contents of The Policy Project’s Volunteer Handbook.
I agree to abide by the policies, guidelines, and expectations set forth in the handbook, including but not limited to:
Confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations
Standards for public representation and political neutrality
Anti-harassment and non-discrimination policies
Safeguarding minors policies
Conflict of interest disclosures
Communication and attendance expectations
I understand that failure to adhere to these policies may result in the termination of my volunteer relationship with The Policy Project.
I understand that my volunteer service is offered at the discretion of The Policy Project and does not constitute an employment relationship.
I will carry out my volunteer duties with integrity, professionalism, and respect for others.
I agree to ask questions or seek clarification if I am ever uncertain about a policy or appropriate course of action.
I grant permission to The Policy Project to use my image, voice, and/or writing for nonprofit and educational purposes in its publications—including but not limited to—videos, emails, printed materials, presentations, newsletters, reports, presentations, social media, and websites.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, videos, written materials, or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.
