Don't worry—your bio doesn’t need to be long or fancy! Just a short paragraph or two is perfect. The goal is to give others a sense of who you are, what you care about, and what experience you bring to your role with The Policy Project.
What to Include:

Passions and interests: What issues matter to you? What inspired you to volunteer?
Fun facts (optional): Hobbies, favorite books, or anything that adds personality.
How to Write It:
Write in third person (e.g., “Maria is a college student studying sociology…” instead of “I am a college student…”).
Keep it warm and conversational, like you're introducing yourself to someone new.
Aim for 4–6 sentences.
Example:
Jordan is a recent graduate from the University of Utah, where she studied political science. She has experience volunteering with YWCA and The Boys & Girls Club and is passionate about education equity and women's health.
